Shawn Berry was born and raised in Central Florida and attended high school and college in the Orlando area. Shawn holds a B.S. degree in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida and a Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville. Shawn is licensed to practice law in Florida and is a current member of the Florida Bar.
Shawn’s passion and dedication is to the practice of real estate law. Prior to attending, and subsequent to graduating from law school, Shawn’s work has been exclusively within the real estate industry. As a result, Shawn has experience in the representation of the many parties in real estate matters; including mortgage lenders and services, homeowners, title companies, and homeowner and condominium associations. In so doing, Shawn has gained an in-depth understanding of the roles that each of these parties plays in a real estate transaction and how the interests of each can be best represented.
Prior to founding Shawn M. Berry, P.A., Shawn worked as a litigation and trial attorney for a large, southeastern regional law firm specializing in the residential mortgage lending and servicing industry for clients such as Bank of America, Chase, and Wells Fargo.
